Nestled in the hills of Vermont lies the Phineas Swann Bed and Breakfast and Antique Gallery. Our newly remodeled Inn offers 10 guest rooms for all of your Vermont lodging needs. We are located just north of Stowe with many attractions nearby. We are central to activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, golf, shopping, hiking, biking and much more. We are very pet friendly, and offer many specials and packages. Our breakfasts are to die for and there are many fine dining establishments in the area. We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful bed and breakfast.

In/Out Policy: Check in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Please make prior arrangements if you feel you may be arriving later; as we will be happy to leave your room open and a key in your door. If you feel you will be delayed in-route, please take the time to give us a quick call, and we can often be available to wait up for you, especially if there is a good late-night movie playing on television! Directions: FROM THE SOUTH:
Route I-91 north to Exit 10 in Vermont (Rte I-89-North)
Route I-89 north to Exit 10 (the Stowe exit) to Rte 100 North.
Route 100 north to Rte 118 north. (Route 100 will zig-zag through Morrisville and join Rte 15 for approx. 2 miles before breaking north again. From this point it is approx. 9 miles to Rte 118).
Rte. 118 becomes the Main St. in Montgomery Center.
FROM BOSTON:
Best way to I-93 north.
Route I-93 to I-89 north
Route I-89 north to Exit 10 (the Stowe exit) to Rte 100 North.
Route 100 north to Rte 118 north. (Route 100 will zig-zag through Morrisville and join Rte 15 for approx. 2 miles before breaking north again. From this point it is approx. 9 miles to Rte 118).

FROM BURLINGTON:
Route I-89 north to Exit 19
Turn right at end of ramp onto Rte 104 and follow to until Rte 104 merges into Rte 105
Follow Rte 105 through Enosburg Falls toward Richford to Rte 118 south.
Follow Rte 118 south seven miles to the 2nd village (Montgomery Center)
Rte. 118 becomes the Main St. in Montgomery Center.
FROM MONTREAL:
Follow Auto Route 10 to Auto Route 35 south.
Auto Route 35 at Iberville will change to Rte 133.
Follow Rte 133 to the Border crossing, where Rte I-89 begins.
Follow Rte I-89 south to Exit 21 (Rte. 78)
Follow Rte 78 east to Rte 105 east.
Follow Rte. 105 east to Rte. 118 south.
Follow Rte 118 south seven miles to the 2nd village (Montgomery Center).
Rte. 118 becomes the Main St. in Montgomery Center.
Any other directions that may refer you to use Route 58, be warned that Route 58 between Lowell and Montgomery Center is closed in the winter and is not passable from November 1 to May 1. |
