Hello Paul
Basically the alleged travel agent got me to handle the financials directly ( as i turns out the credit cards were not theirs )with the alleged travellers. On top of the 11% commission they got me to add a $ 500 tip for the agent for her orphanage( how low can you go )which i wired to her.I was fooled right up until they didn't arrive, which was what you forwarded.I don't consider myself that naive but these sharks were slick.

Hi Name Last Name,
Sorry for delaying to reply your email. I have to inform you about this bad news, Mr. Tengku got a car accident when he drove his car with his bussiness partner. He is fine now at the hospital but his left hand and right foot are broken. So I'm afraid he can not go travelling anywhere for more than 3-4 months. Please advice on this case, I have no solution at all about this bad luck that happends to us. We have prepared everything so perfect. What a terrible time for this to happen, right before going on holidays. How awful for him.
But I have proposed him an idea to reduce the future stay of Mr. Tengku for 4 nights as the compensation to his wife, Mrs. Takada. And she agreed with my solution and will compensate all the cost they had made. Please let me know how much he can pay you for postponement/delay of this reservation. Please do not hesitate to inform me.
Kind Regars,
Aurelia
