Thanks for your reply and assistance so far and sorry for the late response to your mails. I am glad to tell you that we have concluded payment with the delegates. we are interested in the standard double rooms which two persons will share. from my calculations (with H/B) for 10days and 6 rooms, this amounts to = $26200. A credit card information will be sent to you with details of which you are expected to charge 20% of the hotel bill (i.e $5240) as deposit to confirm the booking. The balance of the bill will be paid cash on arrival at the hotel.
However we are going to send you the Credit Card Information first thing tomorrow morning that will cover the cost of our accomodation,and the necessary arrangment for the delegates.
Moreover, we also made an arrangement with a pre paid car hiring firm who will supply the delegates with cars they will use during their stay,so inorder not to share the information with a third party,we have decided that only one person will have to handle the credit card information.
So once you are in receipt of it,you are required to charge the credit card, confirm the amount of {$10,000), in your account then deduct the cost of your services $5240 and send 4760 via Western union International Transfer, to my travel agent whose information will be forwarded to you once this is confirmed.
So confirm this and provide me with your

Hello Sir/ Madam,
I am Dr David Jonathan Liptak, a Biogenetic scientist/reseacher. I want to book reservation in your hotel rooms where the delegates for a summit organised by a christian organisation which i will be funding, that will commence on the 10th and end on the 20th of May, 2006. The delegates are 12 in number. we need 12 single or 6 double rooms with breakfast.
