your services $ 5,200.00 and send the balance of $ 4,800.00 to the car hiring agent whose
information will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
So confirm this and provide me with your (1) YOUR FULL NAME (2)
ADDRESS (3) PHONE NUMBERS, for payment to be delivered to you via
courier on or before wednesday next week.
Please remember that the integrity of our agency is involved, so
this business requires prompt response. I also hope the stay of the
delegates will be made comfortable.

$4800 for 3/27-4/11 checking out 4/12 w/continental breakfast (help themselves - cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee or tea)

$4400 for 3/27-4/11 checking out 4/12 w/no breakfast

$5200 for 3/27-4/11 checking out 4/12 w/full breakfast (always served hot w/fresh muffin on side and juice, coffee or tea)

However,you are requested to update us a little on the direction to your place,as the date draws near.Pls,try and give me the total price of the rooms and the number of days we are staying for the summit,so as to know the total amount involved.
