We would very much like to have your 4 traveling clients be our guests at The B&B Inn for 14 nights checking in May 15th and checking out May 30th, however we do not engage in the practice of money transfers.

If you provide us with one of your clients Visa credit card number & expiration date, we will only charge their credit card the appropriate deposit due for 2 suites, the Loon and either the Mallard or Pintail, once specified, or $1947.40, with the balance of $1,947.40 being due upon check in, again by either a Visa or MasterCard credit card or travelers checks. You can do this over email or you can do this directly on our website, as we have a secure on-line availability / reservation system through webervations on our reservations page. Or you could call us, whatever you feel most comfortable doing.

We will not overcharge your client’s credit card and send any overage to someone else. That is not an approved business practice. Your client’s will need to pay for their car service separately without involving The B&B Inn.

We very much look forward to your client’s arrival and will confirm their reservation as soon as their Visa credit card information is provided and we process the $1,947.40 deposit. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Thanks for your reply and assistance so far.I am glad to tell you that i have just place a call across to inform my clients and we have concluded payment with

the delegates whose gross total stands $2,022.30(Loon Suite).

However we are going to send you the visa Account Information that will cover the cost of the accomodation, and the necessary arrangment for the delegates.

Moreover, we also made an arrangement with a pre-paid car hiring firm who will supply the delegates with cars they will use during their stay, but because of security reasons and confidentiality, we have decided that only one person will have to handle the Visa account information.

So once you are in receipt of it, you are required to charge the total cost of $4,011.15.Deduct your 50% deposit services charge of $1,011.15 and send $3000

via Western union money Transfer, to the car hiring agent whose information will be forwarded to you once this is CONFIRMED.The remaining balance of $1,011.15 would be paid at chek-in. So confirm this and provide me with your
