Well the new web site is up and running, a project that I have wanted to get done for a long time. But, choosing a vendor is a very critical part of the effort and I had not found anyone I was comfortable with.

I met pillowsandpancakes when Paul Avery sent us an offer to analyze our site for a very reasonable price. While talking to him, he explained what they would do, and what the results would look like. I took him up on his offer. He did exactly what he proposed and the results were telling me I had to update my site, something I knew, but now had statistical information to support my suspicions.

I decided, to hire pillowsandpancakes to construct my new web site. We discussed what I would like to see, documented the specifications and Paul went off to make it happen. The results were exceptional, he delivered the site as designed, and within the delivery window, and supported the implementation through the "go live"process. He handled the whole project with competence and professionalism.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I just want to say, I LOVE your Web site. Last weekend, I spent HOURS on another B&B search site. It had some of the same B&Bs your site does, but it didn't have direct links to the locations' Web sites, which I really liked. And it absolutely required a 2-night minimum, even for a midweek night.

I particularly like the form you have for sending an e-mail directly to the locations we selected, and I LOVED that you kept the text of the first e-mail so we could send the same thing to multiple locations quickly and easily. I got a lot further with my search using your Web site, in a LOT less time, than I did on the other B&B search site. Wish I'd have found yours first. Would've saved me hours of wasted time!

I have already heard from two of the four B&Bs I contacted through your site, and it's not even noon.
